What attributes do you feel make you the best candidate for the position you are nominated for?: Per the Top III Constitution and By-Laws, Sergeant-At-Arms is responsible for calling executive and general membership meetings to order and preventing stagnant discussion. My strong organizational skills and punctuality enable me to maintain order and efficiency during meetings, fostering focused and effective collaboration. Furthermore, the SOA is responsible for communications via distribution lists, org boxes, and online communications such as thetop3.org. As a 1D7X1B, Cyber Operations Administrator, I believe my skillset will be useful for maintaining and improving online communications that will be valuable to maintaining membership and growing the organization.
What are your ideas to enhance the Barksdale Top 3 private organization?: Improving communication through online platform revamp to better serve our members' ability to absorb information regarding upcoming events and available committee positions, ensure the continued Professional Development and mentorship opportunities of our members, and work directly with the 5/6 Senior Mentor to establish better communications/mentoring opportunities for our next-generation leaders.

What is your leadership experience?: I have been fulfilling NCOIC and higher roles since 2018. I've managed two different 13K Sq. Ft warehouses with thousands of assets. Running large facilities comes with leading teams to get daily/weekly/monthly tasks accomplished, ensuring mission success. Outside of my career field, I fielded a successful DSD tour as Military Training Instructor, pushing 13 different flights. I also competed and was selected to become an MTI Trainer, coaching other NCOs how to be an MTI and certifying them in the process. Currently serving as a Command Weapon System Sustainment Manager.
What experience do you have with private organizations?: I have been involved with private orgs since becoming a SSgt at my first base. I was the 5/6 volunteer committee chair lead at Fairchild AFB, organizing 1-2 volunteer events for the Wing per month. I wasn't as involved at my next base but would still get out and volunteer with the 5/6 and my unit's booster club. Finally, ever since I found out I made MSgt shortly after PCSing to Barksdale, I have been involved with the Top 3. I led the recognition committee, specifically soliciting and awarding the Top 3 Outstanding Performer and the Scholarship every quarter. I am currently a co-lead for the Santa's in Blue committee.
What attributes do you feel make you the best candidate for the position you are nominated for?: My in-laws live here in the Shreveport/Bossier area so I plan on being here for the foreseeable future. As I have mentioned in the past, I want to help elevate Barksdale AFB in any way that I can. I believe the Top III is the most influential private org on base and can do a lot of good. I will always do what is best for the organization.
What are your ideas to enhance the Barksdale Top 3 private organization?: I do not have any specific ideas at the moment but collaborating with council and committee members will drive plenty of opportunities for engagement in the base and local community. As stated above, I want to continue to build on the Top III as the most influential private org on base. We as SNCOs set the tone

What is your leadership experience?: Between 5 MAJCOMs and 1 COCOM in my tenure of the Air Force, I have held NCOIC leadership positions in training, the Office of the Inspectors General, Confinement, Police Services, Anti-Terrorism, Integrated Defense, etc. I have lead councils and committees in different private organizations and lead quite a few unit and base level events. I have led teams for missions and initiatives that have impacted Air Force level decisions world-wide.
What experience do you have with private organizations?: For the Top III, I have been the Ways and Means Lead for the last year. For the 5/6 at various bases, I have been the President, Sergeant At Arms, Treasurer and held 2 committee chairs. For AFSA, I have held 2 committee chairs. For the Security Forces Defenders Association, I have been the Vice President.
What attributes do you feel make you the best candidate for the position you are nominated for?: I believe I am the best candidate for a couple of reasons. First, I have held all council positions in some capacity for different organizations and have a working understanding of how they work. Also, in the last year as the Ways and Means Lead, I have integrated with the council and many of the committees and events to ensure funding, donations and coordination has been as smooth as possible. I have teamed with many great Officers, SNCOs and NCOs to integrated professional development in a new twist on the installation. As a full-time additional duty First Sergeant, I have created a preparation course for First Sergeant Academy selectees gearing them up to be equipped for leading in units. Long story short, I want what's best for Barksdale, Global Strike and the Air Force and will do what's in my power and utilize my networks to achieve that.
What are your ideas to enhance the Barksdale Top 3 private organization?: My ideas to enhance the Top 3 are to maintain the areas that have continuously worked, collaborate with dedicated SNCOs to refine the areas that need improvement, be fully transparent where needed to the SNCO team, continuously communicate to remove information barriers and find new ways to keep people interested and engaged.

What experience do you have with private organizations?: Throughout my career, I've primarily worked within private organizations, gaining a strong understanding of their focus on efficiency, and profitability. I've been Top 3 Sergeant of Arms at Osan AB, 5/6 VP Incirlik AB, and President twice of SF Defender Associations.
What attributes do you feel make you the best candidate for the position you are nominated for?: While I recognize there's always more to learn, my adaptability and my commitment to continuous learning make me a strong contender. I've consistently demonstrated the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, master new skills, and adapt to changing environments.
What are your ideas to enhance the Barksdale Top 3 private organization?: I would enhance Top 3 by planning team lunches, happy hours, volunteer events, or recreational activities that allow members to connect with each other on a personal level. I think boosting our membership inclusiveness will boost base enrolment.

What is your leadership experience?: I have led at multiple levels as a weapons expediter, leading a shift to configure and load B-2 aircraft with munitions and weapons release equipments. I was also deployed as the Wing Weapons Manager during Operation Rough Rider where I led 3 sections and 22 members and we dropped 793 weapons in 51 days and destroyed multiple Houthi Targets. Finally, I oversaw loading ops for Operation Midnight Hammer where we neutralized 2 Iranian nuclear enrichment facilities. In addition, I was requested by the sq OIC to fill the SEL position for 2 months where I managed maintenance group taskers and realigned our squadron security program.
What experience do you have with private organizations?: I have assisted with squadron booster club private organizations by aiding them in setting up fundraisers and volunteer events in order to raise funds for holiday parties and squadron morale events. In addition, I oversaw the setup of Whiteman's newest private org called the "Weapons Coalition". This private org was stood up in order to strengthen the 2W1 community and aid in raising funds for annual events such as our Weapons fest and Weapons feast.
What attributes do you feel make you the best candidate for the position you are nominated for?: For starters, I am a hard charging SNCO. I never shy away from a challenge and always bring my best to the table. I am dependable, have excellent communication skills, work well with others and I am a professional. I love to be involved and love to be part of a succesful team. I am organized and pay attention to detail, 2 characteristics that I believe are key when filling the secretary position.
What are your ideas to enhance the Barksdale Top 3 private organization?: I think hosting monthly professional development boards would be a great start. The NCO records review in October was a hit and it gives SNCOs a chance to give back to the Wing. Teaming with the other private organizations such as the First Sergeants council,, 5/6, etc would help build a stronger bond across the wing as well. I also believe teaming with the local community to organize quarterly volunteer events would be beneficial so we can build stronger ties within the local community.

What is your leadership experience?: My leadership experience is diverse and impactful, ranging from direct team leadership to strategic influence at the MAJCOM level. As Section Chief, Career Development, I guide Airmen's professional growth at Barksdale. Previously, I advised AFGSC leadership on critical readiness matters. My leadership as a Technical Training Instructor shaped 208 Total Force Airmen, earning me Master Instructor status. Furthermore, as Executive Assistant to the Office of the Command Chief AFGSC, I supported strategic initiatives impacting 34,000 personnel. These roles demonstrate my ability to lead, mentor, and drive mission success across various levels of responsibility.
What experience do you have with private organizations?: My experience includes significant involvement in squadron-level private organizations. As Squadron 5/6 Project Officer, I directly managed morale events, coordinated fundraising (raising $3K during COVID-19 restrictions), and preserved Air Force traditions, demonstrating proficiency in budget management, volunteer direction, and clear communication. Additionally, my role as A1 Booster Club Vice President & Acting President further honed my skills in leading private organization activities.
What attributes do you feel make you the best candidate for the position you are nominated for?: My detail-oriented approach, communication skills, and proven organizational abilities, cultivated while supporting senior leaders and 34,000 personnel as the Executive Assistant to the Office of the Command Chief AFGSC, directly translate to the Secretary role. This experience requires meticulous record-keeping and efficient task management, and my dedication to professional development with my recent Human Resource BA and CCAF’s further demonstrate my process improvement skills. I am a dedicated team player ready to contribute.
What are your ideas to enhance the Barksdale Top 3 private organization?: To enhance the Top 3 by streamlining communication through digital file storage for official records, ensuring compliance with 2 FSS requirements. I will actively support the Networking, Marketing, and Engagement Committees to modernize our online presence. To ensure continued relevance, I propose leading a review of the Constitution and By-laws, making recommendations to improve organizational processes, and ensuring its timely submission to 2 FSS. Finally, I will reinforce strict financial management practices. My focus a Secretary will be on improving the organization's accessibility, value, and operational efficiency.
